The base stone paper produced by the blown film method, the casting method or the calendering method is coated with writing liquid. At first a coating solution should be prepared according to the formula. Then the base stone paper is coated on the coating machine by reverse rotary method. Through the formation of a reverse speed difference between the paper surface and the coating roller and the coating supply roller, uniform and stable adhesion of the coating is achieved on the paper surface. After drying in an oven, the same operation is repeated to coat the back surface of the paper. Finally, a stable winding with constant tension is performed to obtain a finished stone paper roll.

After the base stone paper is coated by this equipment, the product can be used for writing, printing, and making into books, magazines, notebooks, advertising brochures, maps, handbags, cardboard, cartons and other products.
